We are happy to facilitate any change in address you may have after you have placed your order. You will always receive an email confirmation from us with the new details.

What If I am planning a long stay in the Netherlands or a move to your country?

In any case; we will not let you pay for something you cannot enjoy.
What if my (destination) address in the Netherlands changes after ordering?

We are happy to facilitate any change in address you may have after you have placed your order. Just email us at contact@internetondemand.nl Tell us your order number and the details of your new address. We will make sure to ship your SIM-card to the correct destination. You will always receive an email confirmation from us with the new details.

What if I don't know the details of my stay yet?
If you don’t have your travel details sorted out yet, you can leave your details here to receive an email reminder later on. We will direct you back here then so you can reserve your SIM. Just an extra service so that you can make sure you will online during your stay in the Netherlands. (Secure, no-obligation signup)
Is the internet truly unlimited? It's kind of hard to believe. All other options I looked at, had 2gb /5gb caps, even though it was stated as unlimited. Does this one have a cap that when you reach it, the speed goes down?

There are no strings attached to the unlimited data we offer. So no bundle and no speed step down once you reach a certain threshold. We also do not have a so called ‘fair use policy’ as we believe this to be bundle as well.

So you basically have unlimited data at your disposal. What we do ask of you is to use the SIM wisely. We call this the don’t push it policy. In short, have fun with the SIM, but don’t go too far. If so much data is consumed via the SIM that this causes problems (for example in the mobile data network), we will discuss this with you. If you are unable or unwilling to reduce consumption, this may result in us having to disable the SIM card. This is of course a step that we do not want to take and we therefore trust that we will find a solution in joint consultation that is workable for all parties involved.
NOTE: Our SIM cards are not suitable or intended for uploading large amounts of data.

So we do ask you to use the SIM in a sensible way and we do actively monitor abuse. At the end of the day it is still internet through a SIM and not through a high speed fiber connection.

Can I extend/renew the rent of my SIM or rental Hotspot?

You can always extend the rent period but only when it’s already in use. It’s not possible to shorten the period you ordered.

So once you are in Holland and have set the SIM/Hotspot going, it’s best to log into your account on our website. In your order history you will find the option to renew your period of use with the original order.

NB Please renew on time, i.e. before the period of use ends. Once a SIM has been deactivated, it cannot be ‘turned on’ or used again.
